Joe Cristo, President of the Cincinnati Home Builders Association, took part in the kick off ceremonies for the 48th Homearama which began on the eve of September 11th in the Carmelle community in Mason. On behalf of the Cincinnati Home Builders he accepted a proclamation from the Mayor of Mason, Tom Grossman, praising the 1000 member association for their frequent investment in the Mason community.
The price range of the homes is $600,000 to $850,000 and the square footage range from 4,400 to 6,553.
The show includes five homes by Drees Homes, John Henry Homes, Grand Estates by Fischer Homes, High Pointe Custom Homes & Summit Custom Homebuilders and K Homes. One house, the Maison de la Grace by High Pointe Custom Homes & Summit Custom Homebuilders, is sold.
Each home will include a bedroom completely furnished and decorated for $2,500, and handouts with all the details on how to create the look at home.
Also new this year, industry pros will offer seminars and demonstrations each day of the show, which runs through Sept. 27.
