Cristo Homes Hosts Continuing Education for Area Realtors

July 22, 2008 Cristo Homes sponsored a continuing education class registered by the State of Ohio titled, “Staging for Beginners and Intermediates”. This class, held at the Brittony Trails Sales Center in Monroe, was attended by agents from several different brokerages across the Cincinnati and Dayton area. Lynda B from Staging and Design Concepts taught the three-hour class where she engaged the agents with questions, showed before and after photographs and discussed examples and techniques. She also reviewed the Cristo Model Home and how it was “staged” appropriately for a discering Buyer. Cristo Homes is pleased to offer these classes to agents at no cost in our area to help assist them with the state requirements and, at the same time, expose them to new concepts in home sales.
