Cristo Unveils New Look for 2010

After a year of design development, Cristo Homes finally revealed the new look of their home styles on their corporate website. Each home elevation and floorplan went under review and substantial changes were made to all of Cristo's homes.

"We literally went back to the drawing board and made updates where we felt they were needed the most," commented CEO Adam Cristo, Jr. "Our goal is not only to keep our plans affordable and efficient but we wanted the new designs to be innovative - we wanted to create a 'wow' factor."

Cristo used a wide variety of design features to make their new look stand out among other homes. "We incorporated gable brackets, false rafters, board and batton siding, metal roofing and a creative application of several new trim details," stated Cristo. "We especially had fun with the introduction of the new color schemes."

Cristo Homes builds primarily in the Butler and Warren County areas and their home prices range from the $120's to the $220's. The new Cristo designs are available to see on their website www.cristohomes.com.
