Introducing A Fabulous New Plan!

We are excited to introduce our newest plan, The Franklin Grand. We have just built it as fully furnished model in the Trails of Shaker Run. The response has been overwhelmingly positive. It is a well designed open ranch, just under 1,800 square feet with a fabulous Master Suite. But the biggest surprise is what's above - a 320 square foot bonus room over the garage (a.k.a. aptly nicked named, "The Man Cave" by the men who see it.).



This room has endless possibilities: fitness room, craft or sewing room, a true working home office, a guest, teen or grandchildren suite. The list goes on and on.
