Cristo Homes has an immediate opening for a hard working motivated Administrative Assistant. Responsible for managing the day to day activities to assist and support the Operations Manager, Estimating department and company business goals.
Intermediate Computer Skills
Some College Required - Business or Accounting backgrounds are a plus
Good Math Skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
Starts Administration – obtaining all items needed to submit permits and manage permitting process.
Work with municipalities and their staff to submit, track and acquire all permits
Work with Architect and their staff to submit, track and acquire all blue prints and other documents needed.
Collaborate with outside Engineers, HOA’s, Landscape Company & Energy companies.
Work with Director of Construction & Operations Manager to manage job start process
Backup Accountant on Invoicing, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations, and other Accounting Related Functions.
Create Builder Packs for each job – including Job Start, Preconstruction, Pre-drywall
Use Mark Systems (builder software) & Dropbox to manage job set up, building start release and support internal and external users.
Assist in facilitating dialogue and reports between the main office and construction as it pertains to starts, plot plans, permits, and all other supporting documents.
Office organization, scanning documents and filing as needed
Miscellaneous clerical support functions as needed
Reports directly to Operations Manager
