Job Superintendent

Cristo Homes has an immediate opening for a self-motivated Superintendent.

Excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the home building industry and a working knowledge of new home delivery. Must be able to work independently in a fast track environment, be organized with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service capabilities. Experience in the home building industry is a must.

New Home Sales Representative


Responsibilities/Qualifications: 

The objective of the New Home Sales Representative is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single family homes in Cristo communities and coordination of all aspects of the home buying process.  The location of this position is in Liberty Township, Ohio 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Sells new homes in Cristo communities, meeting company’s sales quotas
Assists customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options 
Proficiency in company Sales software used to manage the sales process
Comprehension of all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts and policies
Participation in weekly sales meetings 
Knowledgeable of the company’s product lines, options offered and subdivisions 
Greets all prospective customers as well as demonstrates the model home 
Foster realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone and e-mail follow-up 
Attends or hosts events 
Ensures the model home site is well-maintained and presentable 
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

5+ years successful track record of sales 
New Home sales experience preferred 
College degree in a related field is ideal 
This position will have weekend and evening hours. Excellent earning potential plus a comprehensive benefit package including profit sharing and 401(k) plans.  
This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Representative.
