The Triton Design

The Triton is a smart, 4-bedroom home design with 9-ft first floor ceiling height and open-space areas for families to be together and plenty of closet space for ultimate home organization. The Great Room and Kitchen area can be viewed without walls separating these spaces. The Kitchen offers an included island with optional decorative pendant lighting. It also has a large, walk-in pantry convenient to the kitchen work-space. At the garage entry to the home, there is a quaint mudroom where an optional closet or optional built-in cubbie storage can be added. Upstairs, the Grand Bedroom has its own private bathroom with a double-sink vanity, a linen closet and a large walk-in closet. Many options to customize this bathroom, including a spa shower option, garden tub and more, The 3 auxiliary bedrooms have access to the hall bathroom which provides an option to upgrade to a double-bowl vanity. Also, on the second floor is the large laundry room, leaving room for the optional utility sink if desired. The front door is covered by a porch roof and the garage is over-sized.
