We’re excited to roll out our new line of homes, the Prestige Collection. After hearing feedback from our homeowners and customers, we wanted to create floor plans that would be perfect in the 2,000 sqft to 2,500 sqft range. Well, we have come up with a collection of floor plans that we feel, meet this demand. After the success of the Renaissance Series, a collection of floor plans that range from 1500 sqft to 2100 sqft, that we launched in 2018, we found a perfect middle tier to the Regal and Renaissance Collections.
The three biggest focal points when constructing the Prestige were large kitchens with chef-inspired islands, large master spa bathrooms, and exciting, detailed exterior elevations. The master bathroom and kitchen, the two most single important areas in a home, as well as the front elevation, boosting the curb appeal of the home.
Other included upgrades to the Prestige lineup are; 9’ first floors, Interior Door Upgrades, 42” Staggered Kitchen Cabinets as well as included handrail with spindles
The collection currently consists of three plans:
The Crownsfield

We still have two other plan that is in the design phase that we have yet to release. A larger two-story as well as a ranch for a total of five-floor plans in the Prestige series.
The Prestige Collection will be offered in our Hamilton, Franklin, Carlisle, and Springdale subdivisions. Our new section of Gardner Ridge in Hamilton, or now known as, The Views of Gardner Ridge. As well as, down the street at Enclave at Twin Run. Greycliff Landing located in Franklin will feature Prestige homes. The future section coming in Waterbury Village, located in Carlisle. Finally, our newest community, Springrose, located in Springdale.
Speaking of Springrose, our first Prestige home, The Goldbourne, currently being built in this community, will be featured, as a Show Home, in the 2019 Cincy CiTiRAMA.
The CiTiRAMA is a new urban home showcase, featuring six builders, put on by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. This event starts Saturday, September 7th through Sunday, September 15th.
