Big things are coming to Springrose Meadows, home of this year's 2019 Citirama event, that we’re excited to talk about!
For those that don’t know, Citirama is an urban, single-site new home show produced by a partnership between the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati and the City of Cincinnati.
Cristo Homes is excited to be partnering with other local home builders to showcase our product for the event.
Our model home will be The Goldborne floor plan, a new two-story floor plan part of the, also new, Prestige series.
The Citirama event is an awesome opportunity for local builders along with architects, designers, suppliers, landscapers, and contractors to showcase their products as well as shining a light on a new community with great opportunities.
For the consumer, the event is a great way to build a new affordable construction home with a local builder, find inspirations or ideas for home decor and styles, as well as finding local vendors for services.
Springrose is located in Springdale, OH. Part of the Princeton City School District. Lot sizes range from 40’ rear-load, 48’ rear-load, 50’ front load, and 60’ front/sideload. Residents will benefit from a 15-year tax abatement on the value of the home improvement on the home site (abatement does not include the value of the home site), a savings estimated to be near 50% on yearly tax bill!
This year’s event will be from Saturday, September 7th through Sunday, September 15th. Times are Mon-Thu (4PM-9PM), Fri-Sun (12 PM - 9 PM). Concessions and portable restrooms will be available at the event. Tickets are available for purchase here.
