Employee Spotlight: Alex Hall

For this month’s employee spotlight, we are stepping out of the office and visiting a Superintendent the field. Alex Hall started with Cristo Homes in the fall of 2019 and brought with him 5 years of residential building experience. As a Superintendent, Alex’s job is to review the construction schedule and provide quality control to ensure that the job remains on track and that the customer receives the home they envisioned. Always focused on delivering a great product, Alex’s favorite part of the job is completing the homeowner sign-off, closing the door one last time, and calling the job complete.

Outside of work, Alex is a married father of two, with another on the way. He and his wife met while at the University of Cincinnati, where they were both cheerleaders. Alex enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including playing with his two dogs, Nippert and Neyland; their names being an ode to he and his wife’s roots. As for the near future, Alex is looking forward to building his sons’ playset, to which he will bring the same level of care and enthusiasm that he puts into our homes.
